Return Policy
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing your order.
- After 3 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
Return & Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted within 6 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after 6 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- To start a refund request, please contact us at support@grabitti.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Any items returned more than 6 days after delivery will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds for items that are damaged by the customer or due to improper use.
Additional Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
